Ritual
The ViVE Reset Ritual is a 50–55 minute immersive experience designed to deeply reset your nervous system.
Through a blend of red light therapy, PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field), and the warmth of the BioMat, you’ll be guided out of constant doing into intentional stillness.
We finish with quiet integration, so your body absorbs the shift, leaving you calm, clear, and reconnected.
Each ritual includes a 10 oz tonic to support your reset from within.

Is a 45-minute guided experience designed to help you move, release, and reconnect with your body.
Through breathwork, mobility, and deep stretching, this class supports nervous system regulation while gently challenging the body to open and restore.
While grounding and accessible, the experience can be deeper and more activating depending on where your body is.
For a deeper experience, this class is best paired with a ViVE Reset Ritual scheduled at the 11:15 AM time slot, allowing your body to move, open, and then fully receive the reset.
